Prohibition of hate speech

Any video that is made available online for the general public shall not:

  1. contain incitement to violence or hatred directed against a group of people or a member of a group, in particular based on the grounds of gender, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or beliefs, political or other views, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age, sexual orientation;
  2. publicly provoke to commit a terrorist offence as set out in Articles 137 and 140bis of the Penal Code.

In your video (audiovisual media service), all forms of discrimination shall be banned. The programme offer shall be such that it does not give rise to any discrimination between the different ideological or philosophical leanings.

Information videos, announcements, and videos with a general informative slant, as well as all informative video components, shall be provided in a spirit of political and ideological impartiality.
